The 4th Four Notes International Piano Competition is organised by Four Notes Music Training Center and will be held in an online format from May 5th to 10th, 2026.

Competition is open to competitors of all nationalities.

The competition will be divided into two disciplines: PIANO SOLO and PIANO DUO, and will be held in one round/phase. Each participant will compete in a different category based on their age.

 The age of the contestant must be the corresponding age on the day of the performance.

There will be a jury consisting of artistic directors, concert pianists, and professors with extensive experience.

The results of the competition will be published after each category and the decision of the Jury is final and irrevocable.

All contestants in piano solo discipline are required to play their program from memory. All works must be published and if a contemporary work is included in the program, it will be necessary to send the scores of the work to the organisation. Participants in Piano Duo discipline can perform with the music scores. 

Video Recording Regulations:

Participants may record each required piece separately. All recordings must then be combined and edited into one single video.

The final video must be recorded in a horizontal (landscape) position and must clearly show the participant’s whole body at all times during the performance.

The video must be uploaded to the YouTube platform as either a Public or Unlisted video (Private videos will not be accepted). 

When uploading the video, participants must write their full name followed by “FNIPC 2026” in the title section.

In the description section, participants must list the repertoire in the order performed, including the composer’s full name and the title of each piece.

Sound or video editing, enhancement, or modifications are not permitted. Any alteration of the audio or video recording will result in disqualification.

The YouTube link containing the complete video recording must be shared in the competition registration form.

Registration deadline is May 1st 2026.

The registration fee is a single payment and includes participation in the contest. The registration fee will be refunded only in the event that the contest cannot be held due to a decision by the artistic direction. In case of absence of the candidate, the refund of the registration fee will not be possible.

After completing the Registration form, competition committee will revise the registration and you will receive the online payment link. Only after the payment your registration will be completed. 

By taking part in the “FOUR NOTES INTERNATIONAL PIANO COMPETITION”, participants consent to audio/video recordings during the auditioning and concerts.
